Milling the Baseboard and Center Rail
These two components were the easiest to make, and I only needed 5 of each, so I made them first.

The baseboards were milled down to 1/2 inch thick and 3 1/4 inches tall. Then, I used a 3/16 radius classic router bit to finish the top profile.

This is the stack of 5 baseboards, one for each unit.

The center rail was milled to 3/4 inch thick and 1 inch tall. Then I used a 3/8 round over router bit give the wood that bullnose look.
